How To Submit

Would you like to post something on the Heath PTO's Community Bulletin Board? Send your announcement to the main PTO email address (contact@heathpto.org).

We include those bulletin board posts on our website and then will list links to those posts in a section of our once-a-month PTO email update newsletter. We generally send the email newsletter out on the first Monday of the month. Everyone with an up-to-date account on this PTO website will receive the email newsletter.

For a post, it must have a title, and some accompanying text description. A flyer or image is optional. There are no specific limitations on size. The more the text of the post is ready to simply cut-and-paste, the better and easier it is for us on our end. We are not going to do fancy formatting of the text. Some bold elements and a list or two is fine, but if you want things to look a very particular way, then it's best to put them in a flyer/image format.

If you are a member of the Heath PTO Facebook Group, any member is welcome to post their announcement there. And if you are on Twitter/X, tag the Heath PTO or send us the link to your post, and we can like and retweet the post.

Our News and Events section is limited to our school and PTO events and happenings. The Community Bulletin Board does have a wider focus, with the primarily goal to inform our families about things that are going on around our neighborhood and town that might be of interest to them. However, please note that we are not going to promote your business week after week. One (or maybe two) posts a year is plenty.
