Opt-In to a Heath PTO Account!

All Heath parents and caregivers are automatically considered members of the Heath PTO. And being a Heath PTO member is free for everyone.

However, parents and caregivers are strongly encouraged to go one step further by opting-in to a Heath PTO online account. New families opt-in by creating a new account. And returning families opt-in by updating their family and student information each year.

Advantages to opting-in include:

  • Staying in Touch - Opting-in enables the Heath PTO to list your child(ren) as a member of their class. This is the only way to receive PTO communications throughout the year, including information specific to your child's class from the class' room parents along with information on school-wide PTO events.
  • Connecting with Other Families - The Heath PTO online directory is Heath School’s only student directory. It's the best way to find the contact information for your child's friends at school and connect with other Heath families.
  • Privacy Controls - You have control over what contact information you make available to other Heath families. In addition, the directory is only viewable by other registered members.

Directory Instructions

Below are instructions to opt-in to a Heath PTO online account. New families opt-in by creating a new account. And returning families opt-in by updating their family and student information each year.

New Families and First-Time Users

  1. Create an account - Fill in the name, email, and password information, and then click the "Verify my email" button.
  2. Verify your email - Look for an email from notify@membershiptoolkit.com. Click on the verification link in the email to complete your new account registration. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
  3. Log in to your new account - Using the email and password you just used, log in to our website to continue the registration process.
  4. Complete the Parent/Faculty Information form
  5. Complete the Student Information form
  6. Complete the Directory & Publish Preferences form
  7. Complete the Volunteer Opportunities form
  8. All set! - Thank you opting-in to the Heath PTO online community.

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.

Returning Families and Registered Users

Returning families must opt-in and update their information again at the beginning of each new school year.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Update your Parent/Faculty Information
  3. Update your Student Information - make sure the information reflects their current grade and teacher. If you have new children attending Heath, you will need to add them.
  4. Update your Directory & Publish Preferences
  5. Complete the Volunteer Opportunities form
  6. All set! - Thank you opting-in again to the Heath PTO online community.
